A refurbished product is a pre-owned device that has been checked, cleaned, repaired where required, graded and prepared for resale. Refurbished products may show signs of previous use depending on grade.
Refurbished products are not equivalent to brand-new products. Cosmetic signs of previous use, reduced battery backup, minor wear, sticker marks, scratches or dents may be present depending on grade and shall not be treated as defects if consistent with the product grade or product description.

Refurbished products may be graded based on cosmetic condition. Cosmetic grade does not affect functional warranty unless a limitation is specifically mentioned on the product page/invoice.
Grade A — Excellent

· Minor signs of use
· No major dents or cracks
· Screen clean during normal use
· Suitable for customers looking for better cosmetic condition
Grade B — Good

5. Product Images and Specifications
Product images may be actual or representative. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, angle, product grade, cosmetic condition, availability or batch variation.
Where actual product images are provided, the delivered product will correspond to the listed product. However, minor lighting, angle or cosmetic perception differences may exist.
Product specifications such as processor, RAM, storage, display size, graphics, operating system, battery condition, warranty and accessories will be shown on the product page. The final product supplied will be as per the product page and invoice.

Accessories supplied with refurbished products may be original or compatible unless specifically mentioned as original on the product page/invoice.
